Fourth of July :)

well...we were suppose to start the festivities off at our pastors house..but I was super tired and fell asleep and my sweet husband let me rest...so we went straight to the second party of the evening we had already planned to go to..(just as soon as I woke up)
We headed to the Oliver's house!! I think this is our 3rd year in a row at their place!
The kids were quickly assembled by "bubbles the clown" AKA...grandma bubbles
(Mark Oliver's mom)
she gave all the kids "tattoos" and treats..then organized a talents competition. This is Ella Simmons being Amazing. Of course all the kids won..and got just what they needed ..Candy.
On their own..the little girls organized a fashion show and paraded onto the back porch to show their stuff.

This is makayla and briella getting ready for the firework show. Briellas mommy (andrea) and I became close friends when we were prego with the girls..and they have remained close since then :)
My cutsie and me :)

Mak and Hana both enjoyed the show! it was so warm and spectacular! Usually in Seattle it rains on the 4th! We had an amazing Independence day and an amazing time with friends :)

oh we miss you terribly too! We've talked about you a few times already....it would have been SO fun to see you and the girls but it just didn't work out and we totally understand! Don't worry...I will be back in the next 2 years and next time I will give you way more warning so we all can plan accordingly! I hope you are doing well!

Hi Jenny,
I love all the pictures! My favorite is the one of you and DJ. You two are sure cute together! What a fun day for everyone, and you got to nap, I love it! :) The weather was spectacular for us too, over on Bainbridge/Poulsbo. Hope all is well. Can't wait for you to meet little Oliver Harrison Dempsey! He's a cute little boy!
Love, Jacquie
