This is actually the end of the day..we had the girls run a few laps before we got back in the car. They were crazy!
This is my favorite tulip..the Salmon Parrot! I wanted to buy bulbs for it..but they were out. I guess I will just have to order some.
Here I look like I'm ready to go clam digging...but it was just cold and windy and wet..so ..the outfit suited both situations..man..we should have done tulips..then gone clam digging!

We had a wonderful time, didn't get too wet, and got to see some really amazing flowers and just hang out together! It was the best. This is the second trip to the tulip fields we have made as a family. The first trip was with our friends the Martinies..who have since moved away. The trip with them was Sunny..hot even..Ice cream afterward kind of a day. We missed them and thought of them during this trip! The Tulip festival is early this year..and they say they will be cutting it all down soon..so go check it out before it's gone. It's so amazing ;)

Fun photos! Sorry you had a bit of an icky day... you had more fields in bloom than we did last week though, so that's fun! :) It was still gorgeous when we went though.
