So much summer..so little time

So...some of you may have noticed that I vanished over the course of the summer. The truth is..there was just so much to do besides blog! So I'm going to start here as I enter back into blogging land. My very first Garden. Somehow it seemed to take forever for the tiny little seeds to get to this point...then all of a sudden they went from this....toReal things...like this baby little start of an acorn squash!
Wonderful sunflowers to garnish my tables and my friends tables.
Our Halloween Pumpkin (I'm hoping :) )

Hana's Sunflower that she brought home in a Styrofoam cup...just looked like a cup of dirt.

Delicious green bell peppers.

zucchini and other things.

yummy carrots....(they are so hard to get out of the ground btw)

And entertainment!

Hana checked on the garden practically everyday. And thanks to the outrageous hot weather we had....our garden actually physically changed from day to day.

This is Mak's Corn that she brought home as a little seed! We ate it the other night.

pretty

I have to give them away they are going wild right now. I don't know who likes my garden more..me or Becky!

my first red tomato :)

It has been such a joy to watch my garden grow and fun for my kiddos too. Not Pictured..the Herbs...basil, oregano, mint, spearmint, peppermint, sage, and rosemary. Also not pictured..Rhubarb and Walla Walla Sweet onions...
Happy Gardening!Or shall I say happy Harvesting!

I have SO LOVED your garden this year! :) By the way, do you need anyone to consume more of your bountiful supply? We're always here to help you! Not to mention those sunflowers were gorgeous on my table the other day and I was suprised with how long they lasted! Fun!!
