Blasted Weather!!

Today I'm Sore!! Sore in spirit and in body. You see...yesterday I decided to mow the lawn...that was grossly overgrown...more like a jungle! Our power mower is broken..so I pulled out our reel/push lawn mower...yes that's right...like from the 50's...and got to work. So now my arms and back and legs are hurting...and my attitude is sore because THIS happened today. Usually when I talk about snow it's with glee and excitement...but after having such an amazing day of 80 degree weather last week (photos to come) the snow has lost it's romance. I'm ready for the beach!!! I don't know if it's gas fumes..all that aerosol hairspray I used in Jr. high...the icebergs melting in Antarctica...I really don't care right now as awful as that sounds....I don't care what is making the weather wacky...I just want my sunshine back :)
And my tulips (making their debut this year) would like their sunshine back too!

I should call you "Little Miss Sunshine"! You love your warm and sunny weather. :) I don't blame you, I do too, but those pictures you took are quite pretty of the flowers in the snow. Don't worry, our warm weather will be coming soon. Then maybe we'll have an exceptionally warm summer to make up for the late snow! :)Talk to you soon.
Love, Jacquie

I'm sorry to hear about your snow... again. Hopefully your tulips will survive the freeze... again. And I hope in the rest of this spring/summer time you don't have snow... again. Sounds like a "zero fun" day, huh? Bummer!

I can't believe it! For the first time, I'm not jealous of your weather!!!! The desert flowers are too beautiful right now to be jealous......of course, when it's 110 degrees here in July, I'll be eating my words!!! Miss you! Thanks for visiting my blog today! I guess it probably didn't do much for your mood though! ;)

Hi Jen! Just checking your blog to see if the weather has gotten any better in Seattle! I hope that your flowers have perked up and your muscles aren't so sore anymore! Miss you!
